Italian Truffle Hunters

Breed: Lagotto Romagnolo

Updated: 13th Sep 2021

Adorable Lagotto Romagnolo puppies: three dogs and four bitches bred from our amazing pedigree bitch and a pedigree stud. Some are already reserved but do email me for more information at [email protected]

Photos show our beautiful bitch and stud plus a few images of the puppies.

Parents have been health screened and can be seen with puppies. Bred in a home environment, well socialised, introduced to household noises, playing in the garden and experienced in being bathed and groomed.

As a non-shedding breed you must be prepared for regular grooming.

Lagotto Romagnolos are an amazing, handsome breed with great presence. A great companion for those who love the outdoors, walking, running, swimming and other water activities.

🐶 small to medium size gun dog

🐶 non-shedding curly waterproof coat

🐶 robust, athletic little dog that loves activity and water

🐶 excellent family pet as good a companion with all ages

🐶 intelligent and easy to train, although can be manipulative if you’re inconsistent

🐶 good watchdog - sleeps with one ear open, but too friendly to scare anyone

🐶 not yappy

🐶 loves company

🐶 enjoys digging but can be trained to only dig on walks rather than flower beds

🐶 hunting breed (originally water retrievers but also truffle hunters)

They can be lively and energetic, especially as puppies, so training and socialisation must start early. They can be wary of strangers and can be a bit aloof. They thrive on good walks, plenty of interaction and company.

A devoted, loyal, family friendly pet and companion.

They will be ready to go to 'forever homes' from 5 October 2021.
